3. What will the life coach do for me?
Your life coach is dedicated to supporting you through the process of discovering the important dreams for your life, and provides a context that encourages you to get in touch with who you really are and what you really want in life. She assists in helping you accomplish specific goals, goals that are in alignment with your values and needs, as well as aid you in developing a plan for the realization if these goals. Your life coach provides you with objectivity, insight, encouragement, knowledge and experience with the process, and commitment to your success. The personal attention, support and feedback you receive from your coach are critical factors in the discovery and development of your full potential. Your coach helps you get focused and stay focused and keeps you moving steadily through the process of making your dreams a reality. Life coaching holds your vision with you throughout the process, helping to ensure that you keep moving through the rough spots and keep your eyes on your goals. Together, you and your coach will help you take the important steps to create a meaningful, balanced and fulfilling life.

4. What is expected of me?
You are expected to commit yourself to this process. You are expected to complete reading and exercise assignments, telephone consultations, and any other exploration and discovery work that you and your coach have agreed will benefit you.

5. I work full time. Can I arrange my life coaching sessions in a way that fits my current schedule?
Yes, you can. Today, most people have many demands on their time. Yet these demands needn’t stop you from making one of the most important commitments of your life. This is an efficient and effective program. You’ll spend approximately an hour per week in consultation with your coach. Your process work, done between sessions, generally takes anywhere from 1-3 hours per week.

6. How does the process work?
I coach via phone which provides flexibility and ease in scheduling and allows you to examine your life direction in the comfort of your own home or office. I also offer coaching face-to-face. We generally meet 3 times per month to discuss your assignments, determine your next steps, clarify goals, and set necessary deadlines. In addition to these sessions, you will have the opportunity to address questions and concerns that come up for you during the week via email correspondence (10 emails per month).

7. How long does it take?
It can take from 11-22 weeks to complete our coaching relationship, whether or not you decide to pursue life or career coaching, depending on your individual pace. Customized series vary in duration according to your unique needs and generally require at least 3 months to complete.
